The Laare Community Centre was founded in 2005 by MIT graduate Eric Mibuari. Since then, the Centre has grown in major ways and is tremendously impacting the community. Please use this site to learn more about the Centre and to see how you can get involved.

About the Laare Community Technology Centre


The Laare Community Technology Centre was founded by Eric Mibuari, a student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with the assistance of MIT’s Public Service Center.

The aim of this community centre is to increase general computer awareness and literacy in the Laare community by providing cheap, local and accessible training on the use of computers.
